Legal Experience

Michael D'Antonio, Jr., (Mike) began his career as a law clerk for The Honorable Jim Brantley and was also selected as a law clerk for The Honorable Kenneth Griffis, both at the Mississippi Court of Appeals.  Mike has had experience in a broad range of practice areas, including exposure to matters involving general litigation, workers’ compensation, subrogation, personal injury, employment and corporation defense, business formation, contract formation, foreclosure, collection law and guardianships, and wills and estates.  He has extensive experience in workers' compensation related matters and has appeared before all eight judges in the Mississippi Worker’s Compensation Commission and successfully represented clients in hearings, settlements, and on appeals to the Worker’s Compensation Full Commission and to the Court of Appeals of Mississippi.
